Esthetician Allison Herrold grew up in Chicago, IL., idolizing Audrey Hepburn and developing a passion for makeup, purses, shoes, clothes, gardening, dogs, good wine, great conversation, and laughing.
A graduate of the Baldwin Beauty School in Austin, where she lived for 13 years and worked at Aveda salon, Allison became an expert at facials, waxing, and makeup.

Stylist and hair extension expert Darrin Davis joins the Neinast team after 14 years at the Perry Henderson Salon. A standout platform artist at the major hair shows across the US, Darrin’s work has been showcased on A&E.
He is a favorite with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders doing highlights, color, cut and styling for photography. Numerous magazines have recognized Darrin’s work: D Magazine (best trend setting cut); Lucky Magazine (Best color) Dallas Morning News (holiday hair); Sally (featured makeover); and a 14-page spread in Modern Salon.
Darrin’s hair extensions are unique in Dallas. No glue, no heat, no damage, and featuring the finest Russian hair—exactly what the Hollywood celebs demand. And Hollywood is where he trained.
Darrin also was the director, choreographer, and lead dancer for Willie Nelson’s historic “Cowboys” video (top 20 country videos of 2006) and was a VP and co-founder of the nonprofit “AetheriA” which was attended by Jessica Simpson, Morgan Fairchild, Willie Nelson, and Larry Hagman among other Texas native stars.
Waco native Gary Walden came to Dallas in 1988 to study at the Ogle School of Hair Design. Following apprentice training at Sparks and Chadd Salons, Gary began working at the State Thomas Salon where he was named best hair stylist in Dallas by the Dallas Voice in 2006. He remained with the State Thomas group until joining the Paul Neinast team in 2010.
Along with his career in the hair design industry, Gary was a favored model with Eclipse Entertainment and has appeared in numerous print ads and runway shows including the popular DIFFA jacket event, 2003-2009. As one of "the Men of Miss Texas" Gary was one of 4 escorts for Miss Texas in 2005.
A passion for causes, Gary has contributed time and talent to helping such organizations as Legal Hospice, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Child Advocate Services and M.D.A. of Texas
